ppAs a member of the Infrastructure and Security team, you will take full ownership of cloud infrastructure design, implementation and maintenance. This is a hands‑on role: you will lead the technical decisions and carry out the implementation and ongoing operational work. /p pYou will collaborate closely with our software development teams to understand their requirements and deliver scalable, cost‑efficient solutions.br/Additionally, you will support security and compliance tasks to ensure alignment with the Optravis ISMS and contribute to its improvement. /p h3Tasks /h3 ul liTake responsibility for a defined portfolio of products and internal systems, such as Optravis’ main Azure subscription. /li liOwn and improve the operational lifecycle of assigned assets, including scheduled controls, maintenance and recovery exercises. /li liDesign, build and maintain clean, efficient, reliable, tested and compliant infrastructure components. /li liApply least privilege, secure configuration, protected secrets and useful audit logging in everyday engineering decisions. /li liImplement and operate technical controls, maintain evidence and resolve findings with the security/compliance lead. /li liContribute to the Operational Plan of the ISMS. /li liContribute to internal IT tasks, workspace connectivity and internal productivity tools. /li liScout for and experiment with new technologies. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pbMandatory /b /p ul liMSc in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification. /li libSwiss or EU/EFTA /b citizenship is required. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position /li liExperience building and operating production infrastructure, including networking, identity management, storage and managed services, monitoring, containerization, etc. /li liPractical infrastructure-as-code experience. We use Bicep; experience with Terraform or comparable tools is welcome if you are willing to adopt Bicep. /li liThe ability to write and maintain useful code or scripts, using Git, code reviews, and appropriate testing. /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
