Position Overview
Optum is looking for career‑minded final‑year Otolaryngology Residents and Fellows to join its Physician Pathways Program. The program offers a guaranteed salary during the final year of training and a path to transition into clinical practice within a value‑based care organization that serves a diverse population across New York and New Jersey.
Program Location
The Physician Pathways Program will be completed at Optum Tri‑State facilities in New York and/or conducted virtually. Participants will receive exposure to primary and specialty care settings while committing only a few hours per month.

Required Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O.
- Must be transitioning into their final year of residency or fellowship or early into their final year.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in New York.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation ranges from $39.60 – $59.86 per hour. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and may increase over time based on productivity and performance.
