Group Specialist Marketing & Communications (m/f/d)

Your Impact

• Develop and communicate OQEMA's brand strategy through targeted content, compelling messaging and integrated marketing and communication campaigns
• Identify relevant company and market topics and turn them into engaging stories and communication content
• Plan and execute internal and external corporate and marketing communications across digital and traditional channels
• Translate complex B2B business and strategic topics into clear, relevant and engaging communication
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and governance processes, ensuring a consistent brand identity across European subsidiaries
• Act as the marketing and communications contact for a designated OQEMA industry segment, developing targeted campaigns and activities aligned with commercial objectives
• Plan and coordinate international and industry-specific trade fairs, supporting local marketing teams and Country Managers
• Support corporate, leadership and change communications on strategically relevant topics
• Manage international marketing and communication projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders, agencies and external service providers

Your Profile

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Journalism, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• At least five years of professional experience in Marketing Communications, Corporate Communications, Brand Management, Content Marketing or Public Relations, ideally in a B2B environment
• Strong expertise in brand management, brand positioning and strategic communications, combined with a good understanding of B2B business models
• Excellent storytelling, editorial and conceptual skills, with a strong sense for relevant topics and compelling messages
• Experience in developing integrated communication campaigns and implementing consistent brand standards across international organisations
• Strong project management and organisational skills, ideally including trade fair and event management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with international stakeholders and external partners
• Creativity, initiative and analytical thinking, combined with a structured and results-oriented approach
• Knowledge of chemical distribution, the chemical industry or a comparable industrial environment is an advantage
• Fluent German and English (C1)
