Specialist Digital Marketing (m/f/d)

Your Impact

• Strategically manage and continuously develop OQEMA’s marketing technology landscape, including our website and platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Design and optimise marketing automation processes and multichannel campaigns, with a strong focus on customer experience and relevant digital touchpoints
• Develop dashboards and reporting structures to measure marketing performance, campaign success and ROI
• Analyse channel and target group performance and translate data and insights into concrete optimisation measures
• Act as the central marketing contact for a designated OQEMA industry segment and develop targeted marketing activities based on business objectives and customer needs
• Plan and execute industry-specific campaigns and marketing activities, including trade fairs, digital media, brochures and customer communication
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development to support commercial and industry-specific growth initiatives
• Represent Group Marketing in cross-functional digitalisation and transformation projects and collaborate with local teams, internal stakeholders and external technology partners

Your Profile

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Communication, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations or Marketing Technology, ideally in a B2B environment
• Experience in managing marketing platforms, developing automation strategies and analysing marketing performance
• Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, multichannel marketing and data-driven campaign optimisation
• Experience in industry-specific marketing; knowledge of chemical distribution, the chemical industry or a comparable industrial environment is an advantage
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and digital project management
• Analytical and structured approach combined with creativity and a strong implementation mindset
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international environment
• Fluent English (C1) and good German (B2)
• Confident use of MS Office and relevant digital marketing tools
