Your impact within the OQEMA Group

  • Continuously develop our agile framework based on SAP Activate and Scrum of Scrums and adapt it to growing team and product structures
  • Coach and develop Scrum Masters and other agile roles, establishing consistent roles, methods and standards across teams
  • Organise and facilitate Scrum‑of‑Scrums ceremonies and ensure transparency regarding cross‑team dependencies
  • Support agile collaboration in the further development of SAP S/4HANA and other systems such as Salesforce, Snowflake and Microsoft solutions
  • Manage and further develop the project and service management tool landscape, particularly Jira and CALM
  • Combine agile methods with traditional project management, including milestone, budget, risk and resource planning
  • Identify organisational impediments at programme and portfolio level and contribute to their resolution
  • Advise managers and stakeholders on agile maturity, roles and processes and define meaningful performance metrics and improvement measures
  • Take on the Scrum Master role for an agile team where required

What we are looking for

  • A successfully completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
  • At least 3, ideally 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or in a comparable role, ideally with coordinating responsibility
  • Sound knowledge of scaled agile approaches, particularly SAP Activate and Scrum of Scrums
  • Strong practical experience with Jira administration, workflows, board configuration and reporting, as well as with CALM
  • Experience in traditional project management and a good understanding of hybrid delivery models
  • Experience in the functional leadership or coordination of teams or other Scrum Masters
  • Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills
  • A confident and persuasive communication style combined with stakeholder orientation and the ability to manage conflicts constructively
  • A high level of initiative, resilience, openness to change and willingness to continuously learn
  • Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM or SAFe are an advantage, but not required
  • Fluent German and English skills at C1 level
