Job Description:
Our cloud technology is transforming global business, and we are seeking a Sales Executive for our Retail team in the DACH region. Your role involves offering Retail solutions directly or through partners to a large portfolio of accounts in the DACH region.
What you will do:
- Drive growth within the Retail Global Industry Unit by prospecting and identifying high-value clients.
- Manage the entire sales process focusing on new business sales to meet performance metrics.
- Handle strategic accounts and build strong relationships.
- Develop sales pipeline through customer visits, campaigns, and collaboration with Oracle LOBs and partners.
- Position Oracle Retail solutions via strategic value-based selling, ROI analysis, and references.
- Provide accurate forecasts regularly to senior management.
- Engage with clients regularly to strengthen relationships.
What you will bring:
- At least 5 years of full-cycle software sales experience, preferably in retail.
- Fluent in German and English.
- A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a tenacious attitude.
