Project Manager – Fit-Out (Germany)
Oradeo Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in internal fit-outs to join a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor, based in Germany. This role offers the opportunity to work on prestigious large-scale projects across Europe, including pharmaceutical, industrial, commercial, and data center developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of project delivery, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and cost control expertise.
- Set and track project milestones, ensuring adherence to construction plans.
- Act as a key liaison between the company and external clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively.
- Direct and coach project staff, ensuring compliance with construction, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously improve operations, streamline processes, and enhance service quality.
- Develop and present progress reports, troubleshoot issues, and ensure effective communication.
- Foster strong business relationships to support project success.
- Document lessons learned for ongoing staff and process development.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management, or equivalent experience.
- Mandatory data center experience .
- At least 7 years of construction experience, ideally with a Tier 1 contractor or specialist subcontractor.
