Our Geneva team is specialized in Data AI and Customer Experience, supporting clients in their digital transformation through pragmatic, secure and scalable solutions. /p pTo support a strategic Cloud Data Platform transformation program for one of our clients in the luxury industry, we are looking for a senior Cloud Data Expert Consultant with strong hands‑on expertise in data engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices and enterprise platform support. /p pIn this role, you will contribute to the operation, industrialization and continuous improvement of an enterprise-wide Cloud Data Platform. You will work closely with data, architecture, infrastructure, security, integration, BI and business teams to deliver reliable data solutions, improve platform quality and support knowledge transfer to internal teams. /p h3Your key areas of responsibility as Cloud Data Expert Consultant: /h3 ul liDevelop, review, troubleshoot and optimize Python and PySpark workloads for enterprise data use cases. /li liMaintain and improve Terraform modules supporting cloud data infrastructure. /li liMaintain, troubleshoot and enhance CI/CD pipelines used for data and infrastructure delivery. /li liSupport the operation of a large enterprise-wide data platform in production, including incident analysis, root‑cause investigation and reliability improvements. /li liDesign, configure and troubleshoot cloud and hybrid networking components, including VNETs, firewalls, cloud networking resources and on‑premises connectivity. /li liWork directly with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, document needs and translate them into reliable, accepted data solutions. /li liCollaborate with architecture, security, infrastructure, integration, BI and platform teams to ensure compliant and maintainable solutions. /li liContribute to dbt transformations, Databricks workloads and Kubernetes‑based environments where relevant. /li liCreate and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, runbooks and operational handover material. /li liSupport knowledge transfer and upskilling of internal data teams, especially teams with a strong SQL background. /li /ul h3As an ideal candidate you have: /h3 ul li5+ yrs hands‑on experience in data engineering, cloud data platforms or enterprise data platform operations. /li liIntermediate to advanced knowledge of Python and PySpark. /li liDemonstrated experience with Terraform, including maintenance of existing modules and controlled enhancements. /li liExperience maintaining, troubleshooting and improving CI/CD pipelines. /li liProven experience supporting business‑critical enterprise data platforms in production. /li liPractical experience with cloud and on‑premises networking, including VNETs, firewalls, cloud networking resources and command‑line diagnostic tools. /li liAbility to engage with business stakeholders, clarify requirements and translate them into technical solutions. /li liA structured engineering mindset, with attention to code quality, testing, documentation, traceability and operational readiness. /li liStrong collaboration skills and the ability to work in complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise environments. /li liFluent communication skills in English and French. /li /ul h3It is not a requirement, but other preferred qualifications would be: /h3 ul liExperience with dbt and modern data transformation practices. /li liExperience with Databricks and lakehouse‑based data workloads. /li liExposure to Kubernetes‑based workloads or platform support. /li liExperience working with Power BI teams or supporting BI consumption patterns. /li liExperience in highly regulated, security‑conscious or luxury industry environments. /li liAbility to coach, train and support the upskilling of data teams. /li /ul h3What we offer you: /h3 ul liA community of experts - as Digital Natives, we put innovation at the heart of our expertise. /li liWe may work with tomorrow’s technology, but at our core we are a people‑oriented organization. /li liHybrid ways of working with access to our modern collaborative office in Geneva. /li liAn open and inclusive culture, that enables us to reach our full potential. /li liRead more about the benefits we offer here. /li /ul h3About Orange Business: /h3 pbOrange Business /bis the Orange Group entity dedicated to businesses and organizations.
