h3The team, position mission: /h3 pWe are looking for a bSenior Integration Consultant /b to join our consulting practice and support strategic data and integration initiatives for clients operating in highly regulated environments, particularly within the bbanking and financial services sector /b. /p pThe consultant will help organizations design, implement and evolve modern integration and data ecosystems that enable secure, scalable and efficient information exchange across business applications, data platforms and digital services. /p pThis role combines bstrong hands-on integration engineering expertise, architectural thinking and stakeholder management /b. Consultant: /h3 h3Data Integration Architecture /h3 ul lipAssess existing data and integration landscapes and identify opportunities for improvement. /p /li lipDesign and implement secure, scalable and maintainable integration solutions. /p /li lipDefine integration patterns and approaches for synchronous, asynchronous and event-driven architectures. /p /li lipContribute to the design of modern data platforms and data exchange mechanisms. /p /li lipSupport the definition of target architectures, migration strategies and implementation roadmaps. /p /li lipEnsure that architecture and design decisions address bsecurity, regulatory, reliability and performance requirements /b, particularly in mission-critical environments. /p /li /ul h3Solution Delivery /h3 ul lipDesign, develop and maintain integration services, APIs and data pipelines using technologies such as bPython, Java and SQL/SQL Server /b. /p /li lipDesign and develop APIs, including using frameworks such as bFastAPI /b. /p /li lipImplement and support breal-time data streaming and messaging solutions using Kafka /b. /p /li lipConfigure, manage and optimise APIs using bAPI Management Platforms, ideally Gravitee /b. /p /li lipContribute to real-time and batch data exchange solutions as well as bETL/ELT processes and data transformation /b. /p /li lipDeploy, monitor and maintain integration components in containerised environments, particularly bOpenShift and Kubernetes /b. /p /li lipWork with enterprise integration technologies such as bTalend ESB, Apache Camel or equivalent platforms /b. /p /li lipEnsure solutions meet security, compliance, reliability and performance requirements. /p /li lipTroubleshoot complex integration issues and provide technical guidance to project teams and less experienced colleagues. /p /li lipContribute to the design, implementation and support of bbusiness-critical and mission-critical services /b. /p /li /ul h3Stakeholder Collaboration /h3 ul lipGather, analyse and document functional and technical requirements with business and technical stakeholders. /p /li lipTranslate business needs into actionable technical solutions and recommendations. /p /li lipCollaborate with cross-functional client teams to deliver scalable integration solutions. /p /li lipProduce high-quality technical documentation, architecture diagrams, integration workflows and integration, data management and AI-enabled software engineering. /p /li /ul h3AI-Assisted Delivery /h3 pUse AI-based tools in a pragmatic and responsible manner to: /p ul lipAccelerate development, testing and documentation activities. /p /li lipSupport the analysis of incidents, logs and performance data. /p /li lipSupport coding, automation and technical problem-solving through AI-assisted development approaches. /p /li lipImprove productivity while maintaining strong engineering, security and quality standards. /p /li lipCritically evaluate, test and validate AI-generated outputs. /p /li lipContribute where relevant to emerging AI integration approaches and standards, including bModel Context Protocol (MCP) /b and natural-language-assisted development. /p /li /ul h3As an ideal candidate you have: /h3 ul lipb5+ years of hands-on experience /b in application and/or data integration. /p /li lipStrong experience delivering integration projects in complex enterprise environments. /p /li lipExperience within bbanking, financial services or other highly regulated industries /b. /p /li lipExperience contributing to large-scale transformation or modernization initiatives. /p /li lipExperience designing, implementing and supporting bbusiness-critical or mission-critical systems /b. /p /li lipProven ability to design and implement secure, scalable integration solutions. /p /li /ul h3Strong technical expertise across most of the following areas: /h3 ul lipApplication and data integration principles. /p /li lipbPython and Java /b for integration
