What we expect of you

• Hands-On Expertise : Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Developer with a deep understanding of the platform\’s architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
• Platform Management Knowledge : Expertise in managing on-premises and cloud instances, understanding TCO, and setting up best practices for upgrades, clones, and standardization.
• Strategic Vision : The ability to connect tactical solutions to a broader strategy and long-term vision for the platform.
• Problem-Solving Proficiency : Creativity in solutioning, combined with the ability to deliver quick, hands-on examples to drive implementation.
• Self-Leadership & Collaboration : Thrives in an environment that values initiative and teamwork. Excels at aligning stakeholders and delivering results that matter.
