Overview
As an AI Engineer / Architect Consultant at Orange Business, you will drive enterprise AI initiatives from discovery to production. You’ll design end-to-end AI solutions and production pipelines on cloud platforms, while advising leadership on strategy, governance, and roadmaps. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into impactful AI use cases and architectures. This role combines hands-on ML engineering with high-level advisory work across European clients. You’ll join a growing AI team focused on delivering real impact and scalable AI governance.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions and production-grade pipelines on cloud platforms (Azure, GCP Vertex AI, Databricks)
- Co-facilitate AI discovery workshops and translate business challenges into actionable AI use cases and architecture recommendations
- Advise on AI architecture decisions, model selection, MLOps practices, and platform choices tailored to clients’ technical maturity
- Develop GenAI solutions including RAG architectures, LLM-based agents, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows using LangChain, Azure AI Foundry, or Databricks Model Serving
- Contribute to AI strategy and governance engagements by supporting use case scoring, roadmaps, and governance foundations
- Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines with model versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD (MLflow, Delta Lake, Vertex AI Pipelines)
- Produce clear technical documentation and client-facing deliverables (architecture diagrams, proposals, use case fiches) for technical and non-technical audiences
- Present and defend technical concepts to diverse stakeholders across technical and commercial teams
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 3–5 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering, data science, or AI architecture experience
- Strong experience with at least one major cloud AI platform (Azure, GCP Vertex AI, or Databricks)
- Solid knowledge of ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, XGBoost) with experience in CV, NLP, or time series
- Hands-on Generative AI and LLM integration experience (RAG, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, prompt engineering, model serving)
- Strong Python skills; production-ready ML pipelines; SQL experience
- Familiarity with MLOps: model registry, experiment tracking, CI/CD, monitoring, drift detection
- Consulting or client-facing experience; ability to run workshops and explain complex topics to non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of AI governance and strategy topics (use case prioritization, responsible AI, regulatory awareness)
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Docker, or Kubernetes
- Excellent communication in French and English; German a plus
