Finance Business Partner (m/f/d) - SBU CE and Product Management in Stuttgart

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to support our Central Europe business and Product Management organization. In this highly visible role, you will partner with senior stakeholders to drive business performance, support strategic decision-making, and create value through data-driven financial insights.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance partner to senior leaders across the business and product management organizations

• Deliver actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisions

• Challenge and influence decision-making through fact-based analysis

• Monitor business performance and identify risks and opportunities

• Support pricing, profitability, and commercial performance management

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

• Develop business cases and evaluate investment opportunities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify and realize business improvement opportunities

• Contribute to product portfolio and lifecycle-related financial decisions
  

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Business Controlling, Commercial Finance, or a similar role

• Strong understanding of commercial performance drivers, pricing, profitability, and financial planning

• Experience partnering with commercial and/or product management organizations

• Proven track record of supporting strategic decisions and delivering impactful business insights

• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations

• Strong analytical skills combined with commercial acumen

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to challenge constructively

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes

• Fluent in German and English
