Junior Business Intelligence Analyst (f/m/d)
- Starting date: As soon as possible
- Yearly Salary: €50,000 – €55,000 in yearly salary
- Equity: Up to €20,000 in company shares
- Benefits: Up to €5,000 annually

Your Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing BI function. As the second member of the BI team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of data products and insights that bring transparency and clarity to stakeholders across the organization.
You will work closely with the Senior BI Analyst and the Data Platform team to contribute to the development of the reporting layer, build reports and dashboards, and deliver ad hoc data requests. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their analytical and technical skills while making a meaningful impact from day one.
Your responsibilities include:
- Assist in building and maintaining the reporting layer in collaboration with the Data Platform team.
- Develop dashboards and reports that provide transparency into key business and operational metrics.
- Support ad hoc analyses and help translate stakeholder questions into clear, data-driven answers.
- Participate in BI sprint planning and backlog refinement.
- Contribute to data quality assurance and maintain accurate documentation.

Experience and skills
- Proficient in SQL and experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Hands-on experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling, demonstrating proficiency in SQL and data pipeline orchestration.
- Basic understanding of data modeling concepts and ETL workflows.
- Strong communicator with a demonstrated track record of collaborating successfully across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
