Manufacturing / Production Specialist – Germany | AIRBUS in Donauwörth

Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Manufacturing / Production Specialist to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.

Locations include Donauwörth and other sites across the country.

What You Will Do

• Process Optimization & Industrialization: Support efficient manufacturing processes during the prototype phase, ensuring cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Work Preparation: Create and maintain work plans, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation.
• Production Readiness: Ensure material availability before production start.
• Lean Manufacturing: Implement Lean/Poka-Yoke initiatives and drive continuous process improvement.
• Engineering Interface: Collaborate with Design and Production teams to ensure manufacturability.
• Data Management: Maintain master data, technical specifications, and production records.

What We’re Looking For

• Technical studies in Aircraft mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, Electrical Engineering/Electronics or a related field
• Relevant hands‑on experience in Manufacturing / Production
• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.
• B2/C1 German Level – mandatory.
• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
