Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Data Analyst and AI Expert in the area of Business Support & Improvement to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.

Locations include Manching, Hamburg, Bremen and Ulm, Donauwörth, Immenstaad and other sites across the country.

What You Will Do

• Integrate structured and unstructured data aligned with IT models and business needs.
• Develop and implement analytical models to identify patterns and trends.
• Continuously improve model accuracy and business relevance.
• Deliver insights through clear data visualizations tailored to stakeholders.
• Act as the interface between business, data ecosystem, and solutions.
• Promote a data-driven mindset across functions.
• Share best practices, findings, and techniques within the data community.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field
• Relevant hands‑on experience in Lean Management / Python
• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.
• B1/B2 German Level – is a plus.
• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
