Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Digital Project Management Business Partner (A320 Family) to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.
Locations include Finkenwerder, Hamburg.

What You Will Do
- Product Owner for digital tools with end-to-end ownership
- Lead development of new Skywise-based digital solutions
- Translate business needs into clear user stories
- Coordinate and supervise external digital partners
- Oversee development activities and feature delivery
- Drive collaboration through stakeholder & change management
- Work with international teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Extract, analyse and visualise Skywise data to provide insights, dashboards and recommendations
- Monitor performance KPIs and support continuous improvement
- Improve data quality, consistency and system integration
- Manage team datasets, analytics products and data ontology
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Aerospace, Business Informatics or a related field
- Relevant hands‑on experience in Project Management / Python
- B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.
- B1/B2 German Level – is a plus.
- Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
