Procurement Integrity Manager – Germany | Airbus Projects in Hamburg

Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety-critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Procurement Integrity Manager to join our on-site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.

Locations include Finkenwerder, Hamburg.

What You Will Do

• Provide guidance on all Ethics & Compliance (E&C) matters within Procurement.
• Support the E&C Representatives (ECR) community across Procurement.
• Assist in identifying and resolving compliance issues in Airbus Procurement.
• Collaborate with Legal teams across all Airbus divisions.
• Support compliance investigations related to Open Line alerts.
• Deliver and support awareness sessions, training, and workshops on E&C topics worldwide.
• Help implement and monitor compliance controls within Procurement.
• Support or lead E&C improvement projects aligned with Procurement objectives.
• Contribute to KPI reporting and compliance monitoring.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Law, Purchasing or a related field
• Relevant hands-on experience in Change Management
• B2/C1 English Level - mandatory.
• B2/C1 German Level - mandatory.
• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
