Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for HR Advisor or recent graduates to join our on‑site teams in Hamburg (Germany), supporting strategic projects with Airbus.

What You Will Do

• Strategic HR Support: asesoramiento a managers en planificación de personal, reclutamiento y desarrollo del talento.
• Employee Relations: realización de entrevistas y seguimiento de empleados.
• Change Management: apoyo a cambios organizativos e implementación de medidas de personal.
• Job Evaluation: gestión de valoraciones de puestos y coordinación con el comité de empresa.
• HR Projects: participación en proyectos de mejora de procesos HR.
• Employment Law: asesoramiento en legislación laboral y protección de datos.
• HR Reporting: elaboración de KPIs de RRHH y recomendaciones para dirección.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant hands‑on experience in HR management and employee relations
• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.
• B1/B2 German Level – mandatory.
• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
