Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defense and transport, is looking for PMO Manager Combat Air Systems Engineers to join our on‑site teams in Germany.

Locations include Manching and other sites across the country.

What You Will Do

• Programme & Project Management: PMO support for complex Combat Air programmes (e.g., Eurofighter).
• Risk & Opportunity Management: Lead risk analysis, mitigation plans, and opportunity tracking across the full lifecycle.
• Planning & Scheduling: Manage project schedules, schedule risk assessments, and Monte Carlo simulations.
• Performance & Reporting: Monitor project performance, provide KPIs, reporting, and decision-support data.
• Stakeholder & Governance: Ensure effective stakeholder management, communication, and maturity gate reviews.
• Scope, Cost & Change Control: Integrate requirements, resources, costs, and manage configuration and change processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Informatics or a related field.
• Knowledge of: PMO, Risk Management, Project Scheduling, Performance Reporting, Stakeholder Management, Change Control.
• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.
• C1 German Level – mandatory.
• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
