Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Stress Engineers to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.

What You Will Do

• Structural sizing of metallic and composite parts using FEM and analytical methods.
• Trade‑off analyses for design solutions and structural concepts.
• Mechanical systems analysis and equipment integration.
• Preparation of analysis reports supporting airframe qualification.
• Damage assessment and repair development for in-service aircraft.
• Manufacturing support, including non‑conformities and concessions evaluation.
• Stakeholder communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Aerospace or a related field
• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.
• B1/B2 German Level – mandatory.
• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
