Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Embedded Software Engineers FCS & FMS to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.
Locations include Manching and other sites across the country.

What you will do

Be part of an agile team developing and testing safety-critical real-time software
-
Develop embedded applications and low-level software for Flight Control Computers

Contribute to software architecture, design and technical documentation
-
Perform software reviews and support the planning of software increments
-
Analyze stakeholder and system requirements, translating them into actionable specifications
-
Manage requirements allocation, changes and impact analysis
-
Verify that requirements are correctly and completely implemented
-
Drive continuous improvements in software design and development processes
What we’re looking for:

Degree in Aerospace, computer Science or a related field
-
Relevant hands‑on experience in embedded software development, safety‑critical systems and real‑time applications.

B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.

B1/B2 German Level – mandatory.
-
Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
