Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Manager Performance & Ressource to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.

What you will do
- Track business performance through KPI monitoring and reporting.
- Support decision‑making with data analysis and root cause identification.
- Drive improvement projects to achieve performance targets.
- Present performance results and suggest process enhancements.
- Provide performance insights and recommendations to management.
- Implement the integrated performance management process.
- Plan short- and medium-term resources.
- Calculate production headcount needs.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
- Relevant hands‑on experience in C controlling / Economics / Python / SQL / Google Workspace
- B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.
- B1/B2 German Level – mandatory.
- Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
