Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport is looking for HR ADVISOR to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.

What you will do

• Support the administrative implementation of personnel measures and employment contract changes

• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems

• Process HR information and prepare reports and analyses

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

• Support HR Business Partners in HR campaigns and annual review processes

• Prepare presentations and information material for managers

• Collaborate with payroll, HR experts and other business areas

• Contribute to the digitalization and continuous improvement of HR processes

• Participate in HR-related projects

• Act as a point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR processes and policies

What we’re looking for:

• HR, Business Administration or related vocational training

• +3 years of experience in HR Administration or Operational HR

• Experience managing HR processes and personnel administration

• Strong organizational and administrative skills

• Advanced MS Office knowledge

• SAP HR experience (Workday or other HR systems is a plus)

• Structured, proactive and team-oriented mindset

• High level of integrity and responsibility

• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.

• B1/B2 German Level – mandatory.

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
