Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for XX Engineers to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.
Locations include Bremen, Fuhlsbüttel, Finkenwerder, Donauwörth, and other sites across the country.

What you will do
- Understand business processes and technical architecture.
- Develop Line Balancing solutions.
- Design and maintain end-to-end test strategies for complex software solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis and performance optimization.
- Write high-quality tests (unit tests and E2E tests) following best practices.
- Monitor quality metrics, including MTTR and web application performance.
- Train, mentor and challenge developers on quality best practices.
What we’re looking for
- Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
- Relevant hands‑on experience in Process improvement
- B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.
- B1/B2 German Level – is a plus.
- Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
