Orif is present in French-speaking Switzerland with 10 training sites and more than 560 employees. For our Vernier site, we are looking for:
A 100% Socioprofessional Master in Catering
Mission:
- Ensure the practical and theoretical training of young people in specialised apprenticeships - Support beneficiaries during the midday service and at various events - Participate in their professional orientation - Develop and implement individualised socioprofessional projects - Write reports for the placement offices - Collaborate with the internal and external network - Manage the budgetary and administrative aspects of the sector - Participate in the operation of the restaurant in collaboration with the front-of-house team - Participate in evening banquets - Search for internship placements, maintain and develop a network of partner companies
Profile and skills:
- At minimum: Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a catering specialist or CFC in hospitality and reception - Possess the MSP ES diploma or Socioprofessional Supporter diploma or be willing to train - Mastery of HACCP standards - Recent experience of at least 5 years in catering service - Motivation to work with and train young people in difficulty - Dynamic person with a creative mind - Adaptability and genuine ability to work in a team - Good writing, analytical and synthesis skills - Proficiency in MS Office computer tools - Flexibility in working hours, possibly working evenings and weekends
