Our client is a leading company in the aviation industry and is seeking to employ a VP Of Sales Bavaria.
Purpose of Position:
To generate new business sales to our key target audience, including High Net Worth Individuals and Corporations, in order to achieve quota for your specific territory. In addition, you will be required to secure the sale of renewals, trades, and add-ons to existing customers through the fostering and development of relationships with these individuals and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new sales opportunities through customer prospecting, lead follow-up, interest development, closure, and post-close handoff to an Account Executive and Owner Services. Help develop the company’s brand through representation of product, programs, capabilities, and partnerships.
- Establish, build, and expand relationships with existing and potential customers through regional activity with affinity partnerships and your personal network.
- Retain and service long-term relationships with Owners in coordination with the Account Executives and Owner Services for that Owner.
- Work with a Sales Consultant and/or independently to develop and maintain accurate prospect and Owner data through diligent use of Salesforce.com and other systems.
- Prompt and accurate completion of Sales reports requested by management, including sales forecasts and territory business plans.
Personal Specification:
- 10-15 years work-related experience in sales.
- Fluency in Business English and German (written and spoken).
- Minimum 5 years in a luxury customer-facing role.
- Proven experience of focusing on continuous self-improvement and adherence to the sales processes as defined by management.
- An in-depth knowledge of the assigned territory and the full line of the company’s products and services, as well as those of its competitors.
- High proficiency in MS Office.
