Your Prospective Job:
For our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as Materials & Processes Composite Engineer (d/f/m) at the location Manching.
Your Responsibilities:
- Definition of composite Technologies strategy, principles and concepts
- Development and harmonization of mature and robust materials and process specifications for Composite Technology
- Deliver Material and Manufacturing Process Selection List and Standard selection list
- Deliver for design engineering Composite material and process data
- Definition and validation of manufacturing process simulation tools to ensure correct mature materials and manufacturing
- Ensuring robust part certification process by First Part Qualifications when developing Composite Technology
- Ensure EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) regulations incl. REACh, principles and concepts of ecoefficient materials & processe
- Provide expertise support for engineering, manufacturing and in-service issues on composite parts and processes
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Compostie Materials or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in Aersopace Engineering
- Good knowledge in the area of aircraft design and associated requirements Working experience in laboratory environment is a plus
- Experience in definition and execution of test programs including coordination with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- First experience with environmental regulatory compliance is appreciated
- Demonstrated work package management skills and respective reporting skills
- Detailed knowledge in MS-Office, CAD-experience preferred
- Fluent English and German skills spoken and written
