For our client, a multinational IT company, we are looking for you as a Channel Business Development Manager in Munich. Our client is one of the largest vendors of computer software in the world. It is also a leading provider of cloud computing services, video games, computer and gaming hardware, search and other online services.
Your responsibilities :
- Drive net new partner recruit to transact Charity SKU’s
- Recruit interested and qualified partners
- Onboard partners transitioning from management or Direct CSP
- Analyse and document the propensity of potential partners using Corp provided tools and process
- Utilize Corp provided resources to demonstrate the profitability and opportunity associated with selling products through Indirect Provider channel
- Communicate Indirect Provider offers to partners
- Mobilize aligned channel partners to consume resources and participate in programs
- Guide partners through process to sign up for Indirect Provider partner program
- Guide partners through process to sign up for MPN and TSI Partner Community
- Develop business plan with partners (Enable)
- Guide partners through offer development using pre-packaged offer / pricing guidance and planning templates
- Enable partner to build and drive demand (Enable)
- Assist partner to build compelling offers that address top customer scenarios
- Provide assets and encourage the building of a digital marketing plan
- Act as “business advisor” and evangelize areas of next logical practice that are appropriate for the partner’s needs and business model
- Assist in building digital marketing & optimize sales channels (Accelerate)
- Act as “marketing manager” and support proposed marketing goals including the proper use of internal partner marketing materials and incentive funding on the right set of activities
Your profile :
- Degree in Business Management or related field
- IT Channel Sales or Inside Sales Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Cloud products and services
- Required fluency in German and English
- Organizational skills that lead to well-thought-out priority planning
- Ability to be efficient and productive with little supervision
- Ability to work quickly and exceed goals
