- Support wider teams across the group with business generation and client onboarding
- Lead and develop the Business Development and Placement Services functions
- Partner with Marketing on client materials, presentations and targeted campaigns
- Represent the business at senior level in external client meetings

This role requires someone who already understands how to originate business within the European institutional financial services market.
You will ideally bring:
- A demonstrable track record in institutional Business Development, Sales or Origination

- Experience within credit, asset management, portfolio management, loan servicing or a closely related financial services environment
- Strong understanding of institutional clients and their commercial requirements
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills
- Experience operating across multiple European jurisdictions
- The credibility to engage with senior decision makers and represent the business externally
- A university degree or equivalent professional background
