Quality – Safety – Environment Specialist (QSE)
Responsibilities • Continuous improvement of the integrated management system, certified according to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 • Implementation and monitoring of the CSR rating (corporate social responsibility) • Analysis and monitoring of the Group’s performance indicators • Monitoring and analysis of non-conformities (accidents, pollution, products and services) • Support and advice to internal stakeholders: calculation, installation and site management, logistics, infrastructure, support services • Preparation and support for external audits (authorities, certification bodies) • Participation in various specific continuous improvement projects • Participation in internal coordination and planning meetings • Active participation in the continuous improvement dynamic of the sector
You • Engineering degree (HES, EPF or equivalent) or certified QSE training • Knowledge and several years of experience in the field of integrated management systems (IMS) certified according to ISO standards • Knowledge and experience in the construction sector, a significant advantage • Dynamic and curious personality, team spirit • Willingness to learn, analytical and synthetic mind, pedagogical • Perfect command of French and common IT tools; knowledge of other languages and software is welcome
