Mission Analyse diagnostics and establish the remediation methodology Construct and break down a sales price Prepare public and private tender dossiers (with references, technical analyses, operating methods and scheduling) Estimate the works and propose alternatives Establish preliminary diagrams of containment plans Write specifications to estimate the works Manage the commercial follow-up of submitted offers and develop the client portfolio Analyse costs after completion Check quantities provided in the tender dossier Support the work teams during the execution phase
You Recognised diploma as a site manager, equivalent training, or work experience Experience in costing essential Technical profile with excellent knowledge of asbestos removal works CFST 6503 training, an advantage Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project and Baubit Rigorous, autonomous, persevering and a good team spirit
