Study & Acquisition Officer for Asbestos Removal
Mission
- Analyse diagnostics and establish the remediation methodology - Construct and break down a sales price - Prepare public and private tender dossiers (with references, technical analyses, operating methods and scheduling) - Estimate the works and propose alternatives - Establish preliminary diagrams of containment plans - Write specifications to estimate the works - Manage the commercial follow-up of submitted offers and develop the client portfolio - Analyse costs after completion - Check quantities provided in the tender dossier - Support the work teams during the execution phase
You
- Recognised diploma as a site manager, equivalent training, or work experience - Experience in costing essential - Technical profile with excellent knowledge of asbestos removal works - CFST 6503 training, an advantage - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project and Baubit - Rigorous, autonomous, persevering and a good team spirit
