Mission
- Participation in the weekly meeting (planning part) - Layout, printing and distribution of the meeting minutes - Opening of construction sites - Planning and updating resources on Visual Planning (fixed and temporary machine labour) and distribution - Organisation of machines on Visual Planning with the depot - Placement of workers on construction sites with the sector manager - Organisation and declaration of customs passages for rented equipment - Calculation of customs duties - Layout of offers and measurements - Issuing invoices and credit notes - Data entry in tracking tables - Validation of holidays and insertion on various platforms - Support to technicians and the sector manager - Various correspondence - Filing and archiving
You
- Commercial employee CFC - Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position with knowledge of the construction field - Analytical mind, very good spelling and a taste for numbers - Proficiency in common IT tools, Visual Planning and M-Files software an asset - Excellent organisation, team spirit, rigour and autonomy
