Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline. At least 5 years of professional experience in Technical Program Management, Product Management, Innovation Labs, R&D, Engineering Management, or a comparable technology-driven role. Experience coordinating interdisciplinary teams and driving Proofs of Concept, prototypes, pilot projects, or technology initiatives from ideas to documented outcomes. Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives across engineering, product management, and business teams. Comfortable working in agile environments and facilitating sprint-based collaboration, workshops, or cross-functional planning activities. Solid understanding of modern software development, cloud technologies, AI trends, media technologies, streaming, or digital platforms. You don't need to be a software developer, but you enjoy working closely with technical experts. Experience collaborating with universities, research institutions, startups, public organizations, or technology partners is an advantage. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent BIG BLUE MARBLE confidently in national and international innovation networks, conferences, and partner meetings. Experience preparing or contributing to technical blogs, conference papers, white papers, presentations, or similar publications is considered a strong asset. You are a proactive, hands-on personality who enjoys bringing structure to innovation activities, connecting people, and turning promising ideas into tangible results. In addition to an annual salary in line with the market, we offer you a package of benefits consisting of a mobility allowance for the Wiener Linien annual ticket or the KLIMATICKET, a company canteen, our bonus programme, the pension fund and a sports programme. Place of work: Vienna (remote option), working hours: 38,5hours per week, reference number: OC1026CINSE, starting date: 08/2026. We are happy to offer professionals with relevant training and experience a gross annual salary in line with the market of between 56,000 and 72,000 euros (salary group 4, Telekom-KV, 38,5 h/week)*.
