You’ll be part of the Main Control Room in Norddeich where you, together with your colleagues, will manage the control and coordination of our German and Dutch wind farms. Our team consists of control engineers and offshore coordinators, working 24/7 to maintain grid stability and operational efficiency. As a team, we collaborate closely, embrace continuous learning, and support each other’s development. Our work culture is inclusive and focused on innovation and excellence.
You’ll play an important role in:
- Monitoring and controlling High Voltage Systems: ensure optimal performance and safety of high voltage systems.
- Grid stability management: work closely with offshore coordinators to manage grid stability and respond to operational challenges.
- Coordinating and communication: collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless operation and quick resolution of any issues.
To succeed in the role, you:
- Have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using IT tools and systems.
- Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Show practical experience in high voltage systems and grid management.
- Are capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Are prepared to work in a 24/7 shift rotation.
