Join us in this role where you’ll manage internal communications and social media activities for our German organisation, ensuring effective information dissemination and employee engagement. You’ll also organise events, and write articles for newsletters and the intranet, contributing to the continuous improvement of our communication channels.
Welcome to our Communications team in Germany
You’ll be part of the German communication team where you, together with your colleagues, will handle mainly internal but also external communications, including social media management. The team works closely with external communication agencies and collaborates across various markets and countries. As a team, we value creativity, collaboration, and attention to detail.
You’ll play an important role in:
- managing social media channels for the German organisation
- overseeing internal communications
- organising and coordinating small events
- writing and editing articles for newsletters and the intranet
- improving communication channels
- steering external communication agencies
To succeed in the role, you:
- have proven experience in internal communications
- possess strong social media management skills
- have some experience in event management
- have experience in media relations
- are familiar with working in matrix organisations
- are fluent in both German and English and have excellent writing skills with attention to detail
