We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join Cybersecurity Operations as a Team Lead for the Cybersecurity Monitoring & Detection team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and demonstrated leadership experience in managing security operations teams.

Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals responsible for monitoring threat detection systems and managing the initial response to a cybersecurity incident.
2. Develop and implement security operations policies, procedures and best practices.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organisational security objectives.
4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on complex security issues.
5. Stay current on emerging threats and industry trends to enhance the organisation\’s security posture.
6. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field or equivalent experience.
2. 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, or related disciplines, with a focus on security operations.
3. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks and technologies.
4. Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems, Endpoint Detection & Response systems or other intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
