IT Infrastructure is looking for an experienced and performance-oriented team leader for the 24×7 Service Monitoring & Major Incident Management team. You are responsible for coordination, steering and monitoring of IT services and coordinating the resolution of major incidents. Responsibilities
- Leading the 24×7 Service Monitoring & Major Incident Management team in IT Infrastructure
- Ensuring qualified 24/7 business as usual tasks and project support of the team members for Connectivity and Unified Communication services agreed and continuously aligned with the C&UC team leads
- Managing and collaborating with external providers in all daily matters, projects, and operations
- Ensuring compliance with the Service Level Agreements in regular exchange with service providers
- Collaborating and communicating with various business ITs and other internal and external stakeholders to solve Major Incidents in critical situations
- Developing new tools and processes to improve service monitoring and management and handling of Major Incidents
- Designing and continuously improving an integrated reporting framework in alignment with group initiatives, tools, and standards
- Analyzing the handling of major incidents during implementation and afterwards, with the aim of identifying potential for improvement and communicating this to the responsible stakeholders
- Managing the personal development of team members
Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in business informatics, informatics, or similar
- Overall knowledge of IT Infrastructure and IT delivery
- Experience in IT service and provider management
- Excellent experience in IT Service Monitoring, steering of Major Incidents, and IT Infrastructure processes
- Comprehensive analytical and communicational skills and good understanding of the interplay of IT services and processes
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with all kinds of stakeholders
- People leadership skills, experienced in running international teams and working in a multicultural environment
- Capable of presenting in front of groups (team, steering committees, etc.)
- German as a native speaker, excellent English verbal and written skills
