OS Data Solutions was founded in June 2019 and has been a 100% subsidiary of Ströer SE & Co. KGaA since January 1, 2023. As a premium data provider for digital marketing in Germany, OS Data Solutions combines the digital reach of Ströer’s offerings with additional data from external partners and provides market-leading targeting products for display, in-app, video, and DOOH campaigns.
To support our team, we are looking for a (Senior) Manager Growth & Partnerships (f/m/x) in the area of Growth & Partnerships, starting October 1, 2026, in a full-time position.
- key account management and development of our clients (agency networks, independent agencies, marketers, and advertisers)
- new client acquisition in the areas of agencies, marketers, and advertisers
- needs analysis and development of strategic partnership concepts
- responding to various ad-hoc inquiries as part of the support team
- improvement of processes in the areas of targeting and data management
- close collaboration with the product team to implement client projects and ensure client-specific development of our products
Your profile:
- you have a completed degree in business administration, business informatics, economics, or a comparable field of study
- you have several years of professional experience in online marketing, adtech, or data-driven advertising
- you have experience in client consulting and management, particularly with agencies or publishers, and communicate confidently with advertisers or partners
- you possess strong analytical thinking skills, with a solid grasp of numbers and technical contexts
- you have strong presentation skills, both in-person and virtual
- you are contact-friendly and a team player
- you distinguish yourself through a proactive, reliable, and independent work style
