Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or related fields. MBA or equivalent experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in international partner acquisition, business development, sales
  • Experience in establishing network of partners or resellers across international markets. Proven success in scaling SaaS businesses through partnerships, with a track record of driving revenue growth and entering new markets.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and software sales cycles, including subscription-based revenue models and cloud-based technologies.
  • Knowledge in ESG regulatory compliance and supply chain management processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, team player and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies.
  • Experience in a fast-paced SaaS startup or high-growth tech environment.
  • Familiarity with global data protection regulations, such as GDPR and other privacy laws.
  • Experience with CRM and PRM tools for managing partner relationships and tracking sales activities.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decisions and optimize partnerships.

Your Mission

As the German speaking International Partner Acquisition Lead for osapiens, you will be responsible for driving global growth by identifying and recruiting new strategic partners across diverse international markets. You will manage the end-to-end partner acquisition process, ensuring that the right partners are selected to align with the company’s business objectives and fence off the competition. You will also collaborate with internal teams to develop go-to-market strategies and accelerate international adoption of our SaaS solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partner Identification : Identify and recruit potential advisory, consulting, systems integrators, managed service providers, and technology partners in key international markets to support osapiens in positioning and implementing the osapiens HUB platform.
  • Market Expansion : Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and legal teams to craft and execute strategies for entering new markets, with a focus on driving SaaS adoption through local partnerships.
  • Negotiation & Contracts : Lead negotiations aligned with osapien’s global growth strategy and establish contractual agreements that ensure mutual value and compliance.
  • Relationship Management : Foster strong relationships with international partners, acting as the primary point of contact to drive alignment on joint business objectives and co-marketing efforts.
  • Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze partner performance, providing data-driven insights and strategies for improvement. Ensure that partners meet KPIs related to lead generation, conversion, and revenue targets.
  • Reporting : Regularly report to senior leadership on the status of partnerships, market trends, partner performance, and international growth opportunities.
  • Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure that partnerships align with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies, with a focus on data protection and privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Product & Technology Alignment : Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure partners have the necessary technical support and resources to successfully sell and integrate SaaS solutions.
  • Travel internationally to meet with potential and current partners, attend industry events, and build relationships.
