Your Experience
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or a related field
- You are a subject matter expert (CSRD, EU-Taxonomy, ISSB, GRI, etc.) with over two years of experience in ESG consulting
- Ideally, you already have previous knowledge of ISSB reporting. Knowledge of financial reporting is desirable, but not a requirement
- You have an intrinsic interest in understanding market and user dynamics in order to make far-reaching decisions in product development
- You have very good written and spoken German (C2 level) and English (C1 level) skills
- You have great communication skills and are used to making data-driven and quick decisions

Your Mission
The European Green Deal has resulted in the introduction of numerous ESG regulations in recent years, which have led to a demand for technical support from affected companies. In your role as ESG consultant, you are responsible for the conception and structured implementation of ESG regulations. This requires a strong interest in the underlying topic, such as international reporting standards (ISSB, GRI & Co), as well as the motivation to bring an innovative product to market to support companies to be compliant.
Your Responsibilities
- Conception and advising the implementation of ESG products, taking into account current reporting regulations
- Close collaboration within a team of internal stakeholders, such as UI/UX design, development, and product delivery
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- In-house product expert in your field
