Salesforce B2B Commerce Architect (CCRZ to LWR)

OSF Digital is looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and evolution of enterprise-scale Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions.

In this role, you will define the back-end architecture vision, drive technical decisions, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing commerce platforms that align with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with front-end architects, developers, and product teams while providing technical leadership and mentoring across engineering teams.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Back-End Architect in Salesforce B2B Commerce environments.
• Hands-on experience with CCRZ (CloudCraze) to LWR migration projects.
• Strong understanding of B2B commerce concepts such as customer hierarchies, pricing models, catalogs, and ordering workflows.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions with minimal custom development.
• Expertise in system design, scalability, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Ability to define development standards, architectural guidelines, and configuration management practices.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder communication skills.
