Overview of Role

The job holder is responsible for the maintenance of the user interface and usability aspects of the department\’s instruments.

Responsibilities

This will be accomplished through but not limited to:

• UI and UX concept and Maintenance for all products of Target Systemelektronik GmbH
• Usability and user guidance of software applications
• Testing and servicing of software applications to ensure excellent usability and readability
• Maintaining of user manuals and quick start guides for all Target Systemelektronik GmbH products
• Maintaining the product and company websites of Target Systemelektronik GmbH
• Collaborate with software engineers and maintain the Web-technology-based aspects of the software application
• Work with team members to identify and solve usability and readability problems
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business

Key Requirements

The role is based in Germany and requires working onsite two to three days a week.

Language proficiency in both German and English is required, as the position involves collaboration with the UK office.

A good understanding of design principles and their application using various techniques is necessary.

Comprehensive knowledge and confident use of web technologies are important.

A solid grasp of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices is needed.

Basic software knowledge in C# is necessary.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools is expected.

Strong problem-solving abilities, self-management, and analytical skills with attention to detail are required.
