Hotel Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all hotel departments onboard.




• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service delivery.




• Drive operational efficiency and adherence to company standards.




• Manage budgets, departmental performance, and onboard revenue opportunities.




• Develop, motivate, and support a multicultural hotel team.




• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and maritime regulations.




• Collaborate closely with shipboard and shore-side management teams.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Hotel Manager, Assistant Hotel Manager, or in a senior hotel operations leadership role onboard a cruise ship.




• Strong background in hospitality and guest services.




• Proven leadership and team management skills.




• Experience managing budgets, service standards, and operational performance.




• Excellent English communication skills.




• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
