The mission of the organization is to accelerate business growth across Mobility, Visualization and Datacom segments by converting technology and market opportunities into funnel, design-ins, design-wins and sustainable revenue. The role is accountable for ensuring that all resources are deployed where they create the highest business impact.Own the organization's contribution to funnel growth, design-ins, design-wins, and revenueLead, develop, and optimize Product Marketing and Application EngineeringAllocate resources to align with strategic business prioritiesPartner closely with Segment Leaders, Sales, Product Management to drive growthEnsure availability of marketing assets, reference designs, evaluation platforms, and technical proof pointsMonitor pipeline health and improve opportunity conversion ratesBuild strong relationships with customers, partners, and key industry stakeholdersFoster a performance-driven culture focused on measurable business outcomesWho we are looking forBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Semiconductor Technology, or a related technical field. MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Application Engineering, Product Management, or related technology leadership roles, with proven success leading high-performing global teamsStrong track record of driving business growth through funnel creation, design-ins, design-wins, revenue generation, and strategic customer engagement in semiconductor or related technology marketsSolid understanding of embedded systems, hardware/software integration, mixed-signal architectures, and system-level solutions, with the ability to translate technical innovation into customer valueExperienced in defining go-to-market strategies, building market-focused value propositions, and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve business objectivesStrategic, customer-oriented leader with strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills, capable of driving organizational performance and measurable business outcomesFluent in English, both written and spoken;
