Concept development and implementation of optical detectors with focus on high-speed optical data-communication TCAD device- and process simulations Layout definition of device test structures Process integration of photodetector in silicon process technologies Electro- optical measurements and selection of optical detectors, including high speed measurements Contribution to the innovation funnel with innovative ideas Act as a technical lead in development projects Who we are looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in optical semiconductor sensor development, preferably with knowledge of high-speed photo detectors Sound knowledge of silicon device- and process technology. Hands on experience in process technology development is an advantage Experience in wafer level electro- optical measurements Structured way of working, problem solving and documentation Willingness and ability to work in a team and to lead a project team as technical lead Master of science (or higher) in Physics, Microelectronics, or similar studies Proficiency of English language We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.
