The Digital Workplace Services team supports Telco, PC, software, and hardware asset management, ensuring best-in-class support services that enable the regional workforce to work from anywhere, anytime, in a secure environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with enterprise strategies to support critical business objectives
- Ensure compliance, standardization, and lifecycle management of all workplace assets and services
- Support key supplier relationships, implement service improvements, and drive operational excellence
- Standardize and support telecommunications operations and products
- Utilize ServiceNow according to Otis standards
- Maintain the ServiceNow CMDB
- Collaborate with global resources for architecture expertise and support
- Resolve incident and request tickets promptly within workplace services scope
- Work within a diverse, global team environment, fostering cross-team collaboration
- Describe technical issues clearly and participate in remediation activities
- Contribute to project planning and management
Minimum Requirements
- ITIL or equivalent certification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- Technical background with relevant experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft collaboration technologies, including O365, Exchange, and Teams
