Members of the Digital Workplace Services team support Telco, PC, software & hardware asset management as well as ensuring best-in-class support services that enable the regional workforce to work from anywhere, anytime in a secured environment.
Responsibilities:
- Engagement with enterprise strategies to align with and support critical business objectives
- Ensure compliance, standardization and lifecycle management of all workplace assets and services
- Support key supplier relationships, service improvements and implement required changes to deliver operational excellence
- Standardization and support of telecommunications operations and products
- Use ServiceNow in accordance with Otis standard practices
- Maintain the ServiceNow CMDB
- Engage with global resources and tools for architecture expertise and support
- Timely resolution of incident and request tickets within the workplace services scope
- Interact within a diverse and global team environment with cross team collaboration throughout the organization
- Coherently describe technical issues and participate with remediation activities
- Participate with project planning and management
Requirements for this role:
- Have ITIL or equivalent certification
- Have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Possess technical background and relevant experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft collaboration technologies and product expertise, including O365, Exchange and Teams
