Treasury Manager – Central Europe (m / w / d)

Role Overview:
The Treasury Manager will collaborate with various departments to produce monthly cash forecasts, manage foreign exchange risk, oversee bank accounts and relationships, and participate in regional treasury projects. The role includes leading local and potentially regional treasury initiatives (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic), proposing dividends from joint ventures, and reporting to the Director – Treasury Operations EMEA, who offers mentorship and development opportunities.
On a typical day, you will:
- Prepare and review monthly cash forecasts and update online treasury management tools.
- Maintain accurate bank account information in the company\’s online system.
- Coordinate with local banks to implement new banking agreements, including cash pooling and credit facilities.
- Assess and document foreign exchange exposure from contracts and manage it per company policy.
- Analyze liquidity of joint ventures, propose dividends, and coordinate documentation with Legal.
- Lead treasury projects locally and across the eastern EMEA region.
- Provide regular updates on treasury activities to the Director – Treasury Operations EMEA.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
- At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit.
- Bilingual in German and English; Czech skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of treasury systems (e.g., KYRIBA, SAGE XRT) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within the central EMEA region.
