This role ensures strong operating unit alignment, governance, and execution of measurable learning programs across a diverse set of business functions.The role serves as a regional learning partner across multiple functions (e.g., Sales, Field, Operations, Service, Frontline Leadership) while also owning and driving global learning programs and cross-functional capability initiatives .A criticalcomponentof this role is acting as a trusted consultant, strategic operator, and integrator -leading cross-functional resources (SMEs, instructional design, delivery teams) and ensuring alignment between global strategy and regional execution. This position can be remotely located in EMEA.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Learning Partnership (EMEA)Partner with regional leaders across functions to diagnose performance gaps andidentifyopportunities for capability building.Act as a consultative advisor , translating business priorities into targeted learning strategies.Drive alignment between regional needs and global learning priorities , balancing standardization with local relevance.2.
