Our team is continuously growing, and we are looking for ambitious colleagues to help us develop our company and to strengthen Otsuka's group presence in Europe. For our office in Frankfurt am Main in the Compliance team, we are recruiting a Working Student (m/f/d)
Based in our office in Frankfurt am Main, the Working Student (m/f/d) assists the Compliance department in implementing corporate compliance related projects and research across the different Otsuka entities in Europe.
The Working Student supports the Compliance team members in the day-to-day operations in their different fields of work such as Corporate Compliance, Third Party Risk Management, Data Protection and AI Compliance, ESG/Sustainability.
Job responsibilities:
- Third Party Risk Data Management (initial risk analysis, implementing risk filters, clustering of results)
- Working on effective ways to monitor compliance in the European entities and monitoring their progress
- Efficiently integrating AI in compliance activities
- Researching national, European and international laws and regulations as well as Compliance related documents
- Preparation of training materials, presentations, and intranet pages
- Participation in the development and implementation of compliance guidelines and processes
- Drafting of decision papers and reports and maintaining internal data sources
Your profile:
- You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least one semester in the field of business administration, management, (business) law, business IT, communication sciences or comparable course of study.
- Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the Corporate Compliance area.
- Having basic knowledge in risk management and/or compliance will be considered a plus.
- You bring strong analytical skills, an independent way of working with the ability to work in a team.
- You are highly motivated, flexible, open for challenges and ready to take on responsibility.
- You are also confident in handling MS Office applications as well as AI tools (e.g. CoPilot). Exposure to reporting software packages is a plus.
- Moreover, you are confident to communicate in English and in German, both written and spoken. Spanish language skills will be an asset.
